Shocking Revelation

This card costs one less U for each card in target opponent's hand greater than five.
Look at target opponent's hand. You may choose one card from their hand and place it on the bottom of their deck. Then each opponent sends Clash cards they control to Oblivion until they control Clash cards equal to the amount of Clash cards you control.
If the Portal is open, you may draw one card or put a card from your hand into your Resource Zone engaged.
